American Range ARPC-18, Gas Pasta Cooker with 3-ring Burners features all aluminum water tank and excellent heat exchanger that speeds up the cooking process. Its heat transfer ability is 5 times greater than usual cooker. This Pasta Cooker features special ceramic insulation (originally invented for Space Shuttle tiles) that reduces the temperature of the front and side surfaces. That makes the unit safer to operate! Its aluminum tank (12x12x9) has a 12 gallon capacity. It is also equipped with stainless steel strainer that holds large quantities of pasta or single serving baskets.
