Cast Iron Top Grates
Along with a griddle, this range oven features two burners topped with removable 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grates. Designed to manage grease, the grates have a grease trough on each blade and a built-in bowl. Instead of building up on the surface, grease drippings slip through the grates and get trapped by the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.
Height-Adjustable
The range oven's body sits atop four height-adjustable stainless steel legs. Adjust their height to create the ideal workspace for your chef.
