Atosa CookRite ATFS-50 fryer was manufactured used a self-reset high temperature limiting device and gas valve with automatic voltage stabilization function from Robert Shaw - the most innovative designer of electronic controls. The unit is also equipped with a thermostat, which automatically keeps the selected temperature. Please, note that the number of total BTUs for Natural Gas model is 136,000 and for the model that comes with Liquid Propane it is 120,000.
