Cast Iron Top Grates
Both burners come topped with a 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grate. Not only are the grates removable for easy cleaning, but their design helps control the flow of grease. The grates have a grease trough on each blade and a built-in bowl. Grease drippings get directed to the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.

****I have no complaints about this oven's functionality, but I wish it could have been more affordable. Basically, it has one oven, two burners, and a huge counter. But, somehow, it ends up costing more than similar models with smaller counters and more burners. This is a bit strange, but otherwise - everything is good.
