Cast Iron Top Grates
Along with a double oven and a griddle, this range oven comes equipped with six gas burners. Each burner comes topped with a removable 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grate. These grates have a grease trough on each blade and a built-in bowl. This innovative design allows grease to flow through the grates and onto the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.

Surprisingly, the design exceeds expectations - in real life, it looks better than on the pictures. This hardly ever happens, but this is a great bonus!
