Cast Iron Top Grates
Four removable 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grates sit atop the range's four burners. Designed to manage grease, the grates feature a grease trough on each blade and a built-in bowl. Grease passes through the grates and is then trapped by the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.

5 stars!A very durable and very versatile oven. It does take some space in your kitchen but is still pretty compact in comparison to other industrial models. I was also surprised by how easy it is to clean - normally, stainless steel is a nightmare when it comes to cleaning, but this time, the manufacturers did spend some time working out a grease-resistant finish.
