Solo
Solo has been Over time, our innovative products and designs have become staples within the common culture. Our often copied (but never matched) red party cup, introduced in the 1970s, has been a constant at barbecues, tailgates and picnics for generations. Solo’s Traveler® lid – after twenty years of keeping your coffee cozy in-house or on-the-go – was recognized in 2005 for its form and function by the Museum of Modern Art. And, in 2004, with your comfort in mind, Solo debuted SoloGrips®, the first-ever cups, plates and bowls featuring ergonomic grips. We improved on that concept even more in 2009, introducing the already-classic Solo® Squared®. As our ever-evolving product line proves, we are dedicated to bringing you single-use products that not only add convenience and simplicity to your special occasions, but meet the needs of your everyday lives.  Like you, we understand that environmental sustainability is more than a trend, it’s a lifestyle. That’s why we introduced Bare® by Solo®: a line of single-use tableware made from post-consumer recycled, compostable or renewable resource materials.  Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond our products, too. We’re a partner with Keep America Beautiful®, and a national sponsor of its Great American Cleanup. Recently, we also have partnered with Terracycle to create the Solo Cup Brigade® -- allowing individuals, schools and non-profits to collect and return used Solo® Squared® cups for recycling. We continuously seek to be a leader in sustainability, working to reduce our carbon footprint, to educate our customers and consumers about trade-offs, and to increase recycling rates. From parties to snack time to every day, Solo is committed to providing you with solutions that simplify your life.
