Imperial IFS-75-OP, 2-Basket Floor Open Pot Gas Fryer, NSF, AGA, CGA, is an efficient and reliable appliance which can withstand tough commercial grade use. Its sturdy stainless steel construction features full bottom chassis and heavy duty legs for enhanced stability. Welded housing and frypots with polished seams eliminate any risks of leakage and require minimum time for cleaning. Excellent cooking results are ensured with a powerful thermostat heating system with fast heat-up and 200℉-400℉ temperature range. Flame heats ceramic plates located strategically outside of the frypot.Intense heat rapidly heats the stainless steel sides and the oil inside of the frypot. No tube fired burners and no air shutter adjustments needed.
