Leader DR48, 48x32x36-Inch Dough Retarder with Blower, 16.2 Cu. Ft, Self-Contained, ETL Listed, is a commercial refrigerator, designed for dough preparation purposes. This unit provides efficient cooling, which slows yeast activity. The refrigerator is self-contained and uses a mounted 1/4 HP compressor, aimed to give great efficiency at minimum energy consumption. Inside temperature ranges from 34В° to 40℉, while reliability is ensured by the defrost timer system, which prevents icing. The over-sized gravity coil offers increased natural air-circulation and retains proper moisture level to keep the food fresh. To withstand wear, this dough retarder has stainless steel interior and exterior (top and front). In addition, it features a self-closing door and stands on four standard 5-inch casters to provide mobility.
