The unit has stainless steel exterior and coated aluminum interior with easy grip recessed handle. It is equipped with sanitary food grade quality 17.75" cutting board, full set of divider bars and six (6) 4" deep pans.
It features urethane foam insulated walls and doors. Comes with adjustable, heavy duty wire shelves (one per section/door) that are able to accommodate full size sheet pans and four (4) 3" diameter swivel casters with two (2) front brakes.
