The unit has stainless steel exterior and coated aluminum interior with easy grip recessed handle. It is equipped with 9"cutting board, full set of divider bars and twenty-seven (27) 4" deep pans only.
It features urethane foam insulated walls and doors. Comes with adjustable, heavy duty wire shelves (one per section/door) that are able to accommodate full size sheet pans and four (4) 3" diameter swivel casters with two (2) front brakes.
