The unit is constructed of stainless steel exterior and painted aluminum interior. It is equipped with a removable and reversible cutting board and features easy to grip stainless steel formed drawer handle.
It comes with adjustable, heavy duty epoxy coated shelves (one per section/door) that are able to hold full size sheet pans and four (4) diameter swivel casters with two (2) front brakes.
