Featuring a mechanical thermostat, you can fine-tune the proofer between 32-185 degrees Fahrenheit to store a wide variety of ready-to-serve dishes or proof bread to the perfect volume. The proofer has a total of 12 pan slides that accept full size 18x26-inch sheet pans or 24 half size 13x18-inch sheet pans, separated with 3-inch of space, while a clear door provides outstanding impact and heat-resistance.
