Durable Poly-Nylon Construction
They have a polyethylene-nylon construction, so they’re tough and abrasion resistant. Customers can handle them without risk of tearing. They’re also safe to use in the microwave, in the freezer and in boiling water for sous vide cooking. They won’t compromise the freshness of your food or let in outside contaminants.
Seal Out Air
The pouches seal out oxygen and contaminants when sealed with a chamber-style vacuum machine. This keeps the perishable foods inside fresher for longer and more sanitary. The bags are a great option for grocery stores, where employees and customers frequently handle packaged goods.
Crystal Clear
Manufactured from clear plastic, the bags are see-through. When sealed properly, they won’t cloud up either. This means customers can always see your fresh or frozen meats, cheeses, produce, and grains. This simple merchandising effect encourages impulse buying in a grocery store or butcher shop.

A great job on seal-end and package material. We use those bags for sorting out meat and fish steaks, as well as other perishable goods. Not a single complaint so far!

These are probably the most expensive bags I've bought. I would not recommend those for storing foods at home, or even at a restaurant. I think the price can only be justified if you add it to the cost of the retail foods you're selling. Looks sleek, though, and is very durable - so heads up on product quality.
