I can't imagine my work without these cups. We bake dozens and dozens of cakes a day, and the cups are the only reason why we cope with it. You just throw a used cup out when the cake is ready. No cleaning. We don't even have to clean the trays, to be fair. But we still do it because sanitary is above all. But it takes us minutes which is not even close to the time we wasted before.
