Polyethylene & Nylon
Their industrial strength poly-nylon construction can withstand use in the freezer and in the microwave. You can even use these pouches for sous vide cooking. Offering a 3-mm thickness, the bags easily resist punctures, abrasions, and leaking. Even liquid foods like soups and sauces aren't susceptible to leaking out.
Vacuum Seal
These chamber-style bags should be used with a chamber-style vacuum packaging machine. When used properly, the bags seal out oxygen and protect your food from contamination. By sealing out oxygen, the bags delay the natural aging process of perishable foods. Foods like meats, cheeses, frozen seafood, and poultry stay fresh and flavorful for longer.
Clear Design
Not only are the SafePro vacuum bags good for packaging and preserving foods, but they're also great for merchandising your perishable goods. Their crystal clear finish offers high visibility and encourages customers to make impulse purchases.

I heard about such bags before I started using them. But I thought they were just an alternative to cheaper vacuum bags. Why would one pay more, right? But this is totally not true. Comparing these bags to what we can buy in a supermarket is like comparing custom cakes to the supermarket ones. These vacuum bags are, first, really, vacuum. They don't allow any air in, and this is incredible when compared to other models. Secondly, they really make the difference because you can't rip them even on purpose. Top notch!

The price seems overwhelming. I understand that I got 1000 bags, but I don't need as many. Seriously, such large bags might be in demand in big places, but a small coffee shop needs like 20 per month max. I personally would prefer smaller cases for a lower price.
