Those are actually better than most plastic knives we've used so far. Of course, they are not perfect, and they have their limitations, but most of the time, they do their job. Actually more durable than I expected.

I did not think those knives would actually cut anything, but they proved useful for steaks. Now, any time we throw a party outdoors, I will order more of these - but then again, I don't think I'll need to do it soon, because this set lasts for more than just one catering event
