5-Pan Capacity
Perfect for a small or large bakery, this convection oven comes with five nickel-plated oven racks that can hold a total of to five 18-x-26-inch standard full-size baking pans. Insert them left to right or front to back.
Double Doors
This oven features doors made with double-pane thermal tempered glass. The glass provides insulation while also allowing your bakers to keep an eye on what's baking. Door interlock switches also automatically turn off the fan and burner when the doors are open.

Use the control knobs to select an oven temperature from 150℉ to 500℉. The temperature displays on the digital display panel for accurate monitoring.
