Originally developed to keep foods fresher, longer in steam table pans stored in the refrigerator or cooler, this innovative lid does just that, plus it can be frozen and cooked with! Use it for freezer to oven applications, thaw foods in the refrigerator beneath it, store foods until ready to use - the possibilities are endless with this food pan cover. This cover is great for use when transporting foods, with a patented "Lip-Lock" design that locks contents in for mess-free delivery. It securely seals to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination both in the kitchen and on the road, and, with a write-on surface, it's easy to keep imperative information right on the lid.
