This induction cooker has digitally controlled wattage and temperature, a 11 x 11 inch German SCHOTT ceramic glass surface, durable stainless steel body construction, and adjustable foot for added stability. It delivers up to 3200 watts of continuous heat and is adjustable heat from 120ВєF to 460ВєF (50ВєC to 240ВєC). It also has timer up to 150 min (2.5 hours) with an auto safety shut off at 2.5 hours. Also ETL and NSF listed for commercial use in US and Canada and has a one year warranty.
