Chromium Steel Construction
This commercial countertop warmer has a lightweight yet durable chromium steel construction. Both the warmer’s inner and outer walls are made from this material. Chromium steel offers great insulation, and reliability. Plus, it is easy to clean and food safe.
Temperature Control
A knob at the front of the Winco FW-S600 lets you choose the correct temperature for the food you are serving. It offers three settings: low, medium, and high (140°, 170°, 200°F). The warmer’s light indicator lights up when the warmer reaches the proper temperature. Its energy-efficient insulated heating compartment maintains the proper serving temperature all day long.
1500 Watts
With 1500 watts of power, this food cooker and warmer heats up fast. Place frozen soup inside and it will reach the proper serving temperature in 20 minutes. This fast heating time means less electricity is used and thus saves you money. It also cuts back on preparation time.

I love the functions! Slow cooking with it is, first of all, very convenient. I put all the ingredients in and can forget about it until they are done. Besides, the taste is incredible. And the food can be kept warm (or even hot). What I don't like about this cooker is that it is not that easy to clean when needed.

Before buying it, I had a feeling that it heats slowly. Well, I wouldn't say that it is utterly wrong because if you want to cook something time-consuming in it, this time may seem unbearably long. But it is still great for warming up. It can keep my food warm almost for a day which is an excellent function. I love that the temperature can be tempered with because some appetizers, for instance, have to be warm, not hot. When you don't have enough equipment to prepare a multi-course meal, it is okay for cooking too.
