Stainless Steel Construction
The Spectrum gas hot plate is made from reliable stainless steel. Its surface easily wipes clean and resists corrosion. Plus, stainless steel is durable and can withstand commercial use. Its sleek appearance will blend right into any commercial kitchen.
Cast Iron Grills
The hot plate has two cast iron grills. These cast iron grills retain heat well and have a long product life. In addition, they are completely removable, allowing for easy and thorough cleaning.
Adjustable Heat Control
The burners are operated by separate temperature control dials. Adjust these dials to ignite and control each burner. Both burners combined offer 44,000 BTUs of power. This allows for a good mix of power and control. It’s plenty of power to boil water, cook, and sear foods quickly.
Adjustable Feet
The hot plate has four adjustable feet for custom installation. You can set it up at the most convenient height for you staff. Its adjustable nature also means that it can easily fit into a new location if you redo the kitchen or move buildings.

It does consume a bit more gas than we had expected, but on the plus side, it heats in no time.

If only there was a way to make these things a bit lighter. When I install it, I see how compact it is and can't help myself expecting it to weigh like a feather. And I'm not an athlete, you know. Still, a little heavy lifting never hurt anybody, I guess.
