Adcraft EST-240-KIT, Water Bath Steam Table Starter Kit is a great solution for your food service establishment. Adcraft's electric water bath steam table is constructed of all stainless steel. All four top openings fit a 12 x 20 full size food pan with no additional water pans needed. The stainless steel water pan is fully welded with and has a recessed well that houses the immersed heating element. Thermostatic temperature dial allows for accurate food holding temperature. Comes standard with adjustable steel legs, undershelf and a 5/8-inch drainage pipe for easy removal of water. The starter kit includes the stainless steel tray rack (EST-240/TH) and polycarbonate 9-inch wide cutting board shelf (EST-240/PCB) plus the bonus package includes 4 full size food pans and lids, 2 basting spoons and 2 tongs.
