Made with a cool to touch, easy to clean, cool to touch ceramic glass surface, these items are powerful and safe enough to cook in any high volume kitchen. Designed to work with induction ready cookware only, this in-line drop-in model has a 180 minute timer, cooking temperature range of 140F-460F degrees and a self checking automatic shutoff feature that stops the heat transfer as soon as the cookware has been removed from the burner. For safety, a overheating sensor automatically shuts off the unit when it reaches a the cutoff temperature. Overall dimensions are 3H x 11.75W x 14.625D inches.
