Manufactured from heavy duty aluminum and equipped with a 1/3 horsepower motor, this meat slicer is distinguished by superior durability and long life cycle. It also features a removable carriage for easy clean-up and maintenance. The blade is automatically re-sharpened in a special built-in sharpening system. Ultimate safety is ensured by a protective blade cover and an automatic shutoff function which is activated when the blade cover or pin is loose or off. Comes with a cord with NEMA 5-15P plug.
