Double Oven
The Atosa CookRite AGR-10B includes a double oven. Operate each oven independently thanks to two separate control knobs. Both ovens can operate at the temperature range of 175℉ to 550℉. Please, note that the number of total BTUs for Natural Gas model is 304,000 and for the model that comes with Liquid Propane it is 284,000.
Cast Iron Top Grates
Each of the 10 individual burners comes equipped with a removable 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grate. The grates feature a grease trough on each blade along with a built-in bowl that lets grease flow into the proper area. All grease drippings get trapped by the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.
Adjustable Height
With this range oven, you can easily alter the oven's height to suit the needs of your chef and workspace. This is all thanks to the oven's adjustable stainless steel legs.
