Cast Iron Top Grates
Use the four burners to saute, boil, stir fry, and more. Each comes topped with a removable 12-by-12-inch cast iron top grate. Designed to manage grease, these grates have a grease trough on each blade and a built-in bowl. Grease gets directed through the grates where it's caught by the removable drip tray located beneath the burners.
Height-Adjustable
The gas range sits atop four height-adjustable stainless steel legs. Adjust the height during installation to create the ideal workspace for your chef.

****It is a good stove, and it works like a Swiss clock. However, I am a bit concerned about the pricing - there are even more versatile models at a slightly lower cost. I guess the extra price is for non-standard assembly. Overall, I am fine with it because this model is really perfect for our kitchen and so - worth every penny.
