4 starsThis is a useful tool in a pro kitchen, but we personally ended up using it as a simple cabinet, without any heating or preservation features. Not that it is a manufacturer's problem, but people really should think twice about the functionality they need because simple display stands are usually more affordable than fancy ones with temperature control.
