The Advansys™ Ventless Pot/Pan/Utensil Washer with Energy Recovery, operating at 480v/60/3-ph, is a front-loading model with a split door design. Accommodating (10) pans, it features over/under rotating arms, a 2/4/6 minute adjustable timer, and achieves up to (13) racks per hour. This washer includes essential accessories like (1) flat grid, (1) tray rack, and (1) flat bottom rack. With additional features such as a pre-rinse spray hose, Sense-A-Temp™ 70° booster rise for sanitizing, internal condensing system, auto delime notification, and stainless steel construction, it holds certifications from cULus, BISSC, NSF, and ENERGY STAR®. The machine offers free factory startup within a 100-mile radius of a Hobart service office, with installation charges beyond 100 miles.
