The Steelheart Series Equipment Stand is a refrigerated unit measuring 110-1/2"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H. It features (4) drawers, each accommodating (3) 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans not included). The stand includes a solid-state digital controller with temperature alarms and an LED display. Its stainless steel exterior, top, and sides house a stainless steel interior. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration operates on R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant with 1/5 HP. Certified by cETLus and ETL-Sanitation, it includes (8) 4" casters with brakes, a cord, and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
