Imperial ICMA-36, 36 inch Gas Cheesemelter Broiler, CSA, NSF, CE, is constructed using aluminized steel for maximum heat retention and heat distribution. It has stainless steel front, sides and top, welded and polished stainless steel seams. Gas-fired 40,000 BTU/hr. infra-red burner provides instant, even heating and features an adjustable gas valve. Two gas valve controls (ISB-36). One valve for each sid provides cooking flexibility. Control knobs are durable cast aluminum with cool-to-the-touch grip. Independent left and right heating zones maximize function and performance. Chrome plated heavy-duty rack. It loads and unloads easily. The item provides full width, large capacity of meat or fish for high production in peak hours.
