This versatile gas range with French top features circular cast iron ring and lift off cover. Pans can be placed directly on the intense open flame when cover is removed. Temperatures gradually reduce toward the rear of the top for simmering. Top has cast-in heat retaining projection underneath to absorb and defuse heat. The range comes with one chrome oven rack. Side oven controls are protected in the cool zone. Superior heavy-duty door hinge.
