This display case has a digital temperature controller to maintain 34-50℉ (direct cooling system) and an automatic defrost feature, the top evaporator includes a basin to accumulate condensed water. The display has fanless gravity coil cooling system to prevent your product from drying out. 35" x 12.7" stainless steel pans are included.
