I like displaying pastry in these cups. But I don't use them for baking because I just don't need it. And I really appreciate that they are disposable. However, they are bleach white, which means that they are quite far from being eco-friendly. I suppose, these have their ups and downs, but they definitely can be used in a small place, like mine, as they are convenient, neat, and cheap.

I own the only restaurant in my town that produces long buns. We use them for Italian sandwiches. Before I ordered buns from the bakery, but we've decided that being authentic and creating all ingredients on our own is much better. We use these baking cups to form the buns, and I love the results! Our clients keep returning to us. They say it's like our buns are homemade. This is very nice to hear! Besides, it is extremely easy to clean after baking.
