Custom Control Dials
Its power and speed control dials let you customize your toasting settings every time. The power dial controls how hot the temperature gets while the speed dial controls how quickly breads push through the machine. With so much control, your kitchen crew or customers can toast a variety of foods perfectly.
Large Capacity
The Winco ECT-500 can handle high volume use on a regular basis. It can toast up to 500 slices of bread per hour depending on the speed setting selected. Plus, the toaster has a rounded return chute. This curved return chute allows even oversized bagels to pass through
Adjustable Feet
This conveyor toast sits atop four adjustable feet. These feet offer stability and allow you to install the toaster at a variety of heights. Choose one that is most convenient to your staff.

For less than $500, this toaster is a real steal. It looks good in a kitchen, does exactly what it is supposed to do (no more, no less) and does not take too much precious space in a small kitchen. I especially love the adjustable feet feature - not only can you play with the height, but also make sure cleaning is no problem.

500 slices per hour is indeed a good capacity for a commercial kitchen, but on some occasions, I wish we could go even better than that. Still, for this price, the model is well worth it. Except for the busiest hours, it is more than enough for a small restaurant.
