Large Capacity
The drawer has enough room to hold up to 56 hot dog buns. This is more than enough space considering that the compatible Winco EHD-30NS grill can only hold 50 hot dogs. You’ll need to make fewer refills throughout the day, saving you time and man-hours.
Stainless Steel Construction
It’s made from stainless steel. This material retains heat well, ensuring the buns stay warm for longer. Stainless steel is also incredibly durable. It can handle the weight of your Winco EHD-30NS hot dog grill. You won’t have trouble cleaning this bun drawer either. Stainless steel resists corrosion and wipes clean easily. It will keep its professional-looking appearance for years.
Dual Compartment
The Winco EHD-50-BD bun drawer has two compartments. This is great for cafeterias or snack stands looking to offer gluten-free buns. You can visibly separate the two types so that customers and employees can identify which is which.
For the Winco EHD-30NS Hot Dog Grill
This bun drawer is compatible with the Winco EHD-50NS hot dog grill. It’s designed to sit beneath the grill to save you valuable countertop space. The drawer will work as a standalone piece with another hot dog grill if desired.

As a kid, I hated it when I get a mildly warm bun with a really hot dog. Luckily, a very obvious solution to keep the buns warm as well was finally found. I just wish it wasn't sold separately and so expensive. It has to be a part of every grill roller.

I don't know how I worked without this drawer before. At first, I thought that paying half the price of a grill for a drawer makes little sense, but it does make the working place much more convenient and organic AND keeps the buns fresh and warm. It's worth every penny!
