We've installed this grill in our hotdog place and loved every minute of using it. It is small, easy to clean, and cooks hot dogs in a blink of an eye. Plus, the cooking surface is quite spacious (despite a relatively compact size of the grill) and adjustable thermostat allows some degree of flexibility when it comes to serving different hot dogs.

The grill works very fine and does not take a lot of space in the kitchen. In retrospect, though, I wish I'd gone with a flat surface plate because a ribbed burger looks a bit weird.
