Cast Iron Grill Surfaces
This sandwich grill has bottom and top cast iron grill surfaces. Cast iron retains heat extremely well and offers great longevity. In addition, cast iron is non-stick, so this grill is easy to clean. Its spacious 14-by-9-inch surface gives you plenty of room for cooking eggs, wraps, burgers, and more.
Stainless Steel Construction
The base of this sandwich grill is made from premium quality stainless steel. Stainless steel is not only easy to clean, but it also extremely durable. Plus, it offers a sleek look that will blend in with most commercial kitchen equipment.
Removable Tray
Its removable tray makes clean up easy. The tray catches crumbs and grease to keep your countertop clean. Just pull it out for easy emptying and cleaning.
Adjustable Thermostat
It has an adjustable thermostat, so you can cook a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods. Use the temperature control knob to select any cooking temperature up to 600°F. For safety, an indicator light will come on when the grill heats up to let you know that the surface is hot.
-
The thermostat heats up quickly and cools off slowly. In some cases, it is a bonus, but in a small kitchen, it can become a drawback, especially in summer. Otherwise, a pretty solid grill.
-
It's a been a month since we've started using this grill in our kitchen, and so far, I do not have a single complaint. It retains heats very well, is compact, nice to look at, and energy-efficient. Easy to clean, too.
