Great product for this price. The temperature control is just perfect, and I like that the lid cannot be removed - we had a warmer with a lift-up lid before, and customers always left in on the table, leaving the warmer open. The hinge is much better.

This warmer proved to be a good addition to our salad bar. I can't say that there is anything special about it - just an average warmer at an affordable cost. The design is a bit bulky, but I love the label part.
