Even though they are as light and strong as plastic, they fully break down when composted. Our deli container Lids are compostable, eco-friendly, freezer safe, and suitable for cold foods. Great for deli counters, takeout restaurants, and cafes. Composts in 2 to 4 months in a commercial composting facility. Not microwavable. PLA products should be stored in a cool place below 110В° F and out of direct sunlight.
