Cellucap began as a manufacturer of printed paper overseas hats. Our founder, Gilbert Wagenfeld, designed the first automated machinery to economically manufacture these caps for the growing food service industry. With the addition of Franklin Disposables in 1994, Melco in 1997 and Disco in 2011, we have created a company with an expansive product line, state of the art manufacturing capabilities, strong long term relationships and distribution outlets throughout the US and Canada.
