Magnetism Heating
This induction cooker uses magnetism to heat induction cookware quickly. As the cookware heats up so does the food inside. Not only does this save you time, but it is also much safer than electric resistance or gas burners.
Ceramic Glass Surface
Its German SCHOTT ™ ceramic glass surface provides even heating. Plus, this smooth surface is easy to clean and allows for compact storage. The ceramic glass surface is paired with a stainless steel body that offers durability and reliability too.
Digital Temperature Control
Adjust the cooker’s temperature with the digital control panel. It features a wide range of 120°F to 460°F. Use it for cooking soups, side dishes, entrees, and appetizers. The lower temperatures allow you to keep food warm for tableside service. For added versatility, the Winco EIC-400 also has digital wattage control up to 1880 Watts.
Built-in Timer
The control panel has a built-in timer with a range of up to 150 minutes (2.5 hours). For safety, an automatic safety shutoff occurs 2.5 hours after you turn on the cooker.

I wasn't going to use it in public, only вЂbehind the scenes.' But a cooker used for catering expos got broken, and this one has helped me out. My general opinion is very positive. Unlike many other electric cookers, it heats up in seconds. It is not too heavy for transportation and is resistant to damage. But one should be very attentive when using it in the open kitchen. Any stains, even from salted water, are very visible and the overall impression of the process can be spoiled.

A very flexible, easy to adjust cooker. We use it for warming up mostly because cooking on it would consume too much power. As a warmer, it is truly a find because it is compact, safe to use on a counter and nice to look at.
