Front and Rear Doors
This heated merchandiser features a front and a rear door. Customers can easily grab whatever catches their eye, and employees can conveniently restock foods from behind the counter. This allows for hassle-free service and maintenance.
Adjustable Thermostat
No matter what you are serving, the Winco HDM-26 will keep it at the optimal temperature. Its adjustable thermostat has range of 85°F to 195°F (30°C to 90°C). Adjust it as needed to accommodate different lunch or dinner options.
Removable Water Pan
Food displayed inside this merchandiser will not dry out thanks to a removable water pan. The pan helps control humidity to keep your hot foods fresh during service.
Glass Windows
Its glass side panels and doors help improve service. Your employees can easily keep track of inventory and refill foods as needed. Plus, customers can see your offerings firsthand as soon as they walk in the door.
-
Love the two-door idea, but it's useless in practice. The design of this display implies that the merchandiser stands next to a wall so it would make more sense to feature front and side doors instead of front and rear ones. Otherwise, the display works fine - the thermostat is solid, all panels are easy to remove and clean, and the customers do have a clear look at what is inside.
