The Convection Steamer/Kettle is a kitchen workhorse with its steam coil, (2) compartments, and (2) 6-gallon kettles in each. It accommodates (5) 12" x 20" pans per compartment, housed in a 60" cabinet base. Featuring automatic blowdown, a 60-minute timer per compartment, and removable pan supports, it ensures efficient cooking. Safety is paramount with automatic water level control, pressure gauge, high limit pressure control, and a CSD-1 code package. Constructed with a 316 stainless steel liner, 304 stainless steel exterior, and 6" legs with adjustable flanged feet, it's certified by cCSAus and NSF.
