Dexter Russell 40D-12PCP, 12-inch Granton Edge Roast Slicer has a stain-free, high carbon steel blade with an edge stone-ground and honed by hand to ultimate sharpness. Forged knives are made in the USA from a single piece of steel, harder and more durable than other knives series. Rosewood handle is impregnated with polymers and resins that prevents stains. The handle has high strength and retains heat longer, and also provides a good balance of the instrument. The granton "duo-edge" blade features small indentations running along the blade, allowing airflow between the blade and the meat for smooth, clean slicing.
