It includes solid state controls, boil out & melt cycle, drain valve interlock, matchless ignition, self-clean burner, and downdraft protection. Constructed with a stainless steel tank, front, and sides, the system incorporates under-fryer drawer filtration, operating with a total power output of 160,000 BTU (-FF). It is ENERGY STAR® certified and holds certifications from CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
