Equipped with solid state controls, boil out & melt cycle, 14"x18" cooking area, drain valve interlock, matchless ignition, self-clean burner, and downdraft protection, this system boasts a stainless steel tank with front and sides. It incorporates under-fryer drawer filtration and operates with a total power output of 320,000 BTU (-FFFF). Certifications include ENERGY STAR®, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
