This gas-powered variant of the Solstice Supreme™ High Efficiency Prepackaged Fryer System with Solstice™ Filter Drawer System features (2) 50-60 lb. oil capacity full tanks. With solid state controls, boil out & melt cycle, 18"x14" cooking area, drain valve interlock, matchless ignition, self-clean burner, and downdraft protection, this system is constructed with a stainless steel tank and front and sides. It incorporates under-fryer drawer filtration and operates with a total power output of 200,000 BTU (-FF). Certifications include ENERGY STAR®, CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
