This gas-powered variant of the Solstice Supreme™ Reduced Oil Volume Fryer System consists of (2) fryers, featuring (1) 32 lb. oil capacity full tank and (1) 42 lb. oil capacity full tank. Controlled by computer controls with a push-button top off, it includes a built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System and a fresh oil jug holder with a low jug indicator. The stainless steel tank is placed on the front, door, and sides, and the system operates with (1) 72,500 BTU and (1) 80,000 BTU. Certified by CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
