The Solstice Supreme™ Reduced Oil Volume Fryer System, powered by gas, comprises (3) fryers, incorporating (2) 32 lb. oil capacity full tanks and (2) 17 lb. oil capacity twin tanks. Controlled by computer controls with a push-button top off, this system features a built-in Solstice™ Filter Drawer System and a fresh oil jug holder with a low jug indicator. The stainless steel tank is situated on the front, door, and sides, and the system operates with (2) 72,500 BTU and (2) 37,000 BTU. Recognized certifications include CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE.
